Ans:  Yes. In the event of cancellation of any training / course / services, amount received towards it will be 100% refunded. However, if the services are availed or training /course conducted as per schedule, the amount will not be refunded.

 

Can I eligible to get refund if the training / course / any particular service is / are rescheduled?

Ans: Service Seeker is eligible to get 100 % refund in case the training / course / service is rescheduled and valid reason is provided for unavailability for new day and time.

 

When will I get my money back?

Ans: After getting confirmation, refund procedure will be initiated in 30 days.

 

Can I transfer the discount voucher to other person?

Ans: Yes. You can give Discount Voucher to any person, who is in need of it.

 

Can I club discount offer with any other offer provided by RM Happiness Center?

Ans: No. Discount offers can not be clubbed with any other offers being provided by RM Happiness Center.

 

What about any government mandatory charges and taxes?

Ans: All type of Government charges and Taxes will have to bear by the customer. It can not be clubbed with any offers. 

 

Can I utilize any of the offer as per my wish?"

Ans: Any of our offer is not applicable on any public holidays 

 

How many days in advance booking has to be done for any services?

Ans: We suggest 3-4 days in advance booking for the services provided by us and recommended to follow rules and policy issued by our partners / associates.
